About The Conference
The Way Up Conference is a one-day event designed to inspire and equip teenagers. Through keynote talks, panel discussions, and interactive activities, teens will learn about purpose, life skills, and value creation.
Teenagers who attend will leave with clarity, confidence, and motivation. They will better understand their strengths, make informed decisions, and gain skills to create value and plan for their future.

Esther is a graduate of Economics and Education from Olabisi Onabanjo University. For over three years, she has empowered teenagers to discover their purpose and grow in confidence.
